These are some photos from the groundbreaking of the new Downs Syndrome of Louisville celebration this afternoon. The distance and angle was difficult but photos are not too bad. A wonderful event for Freemasonry and Kosair Charities.

This new facility will provide lifetime learning and development opportunities for these specially blessed children and their families.

Our Kosair Charities gift of $1,515,000 made this possible.

Kevin Massey, President of the Down Syndrome of Louisville, Inc., recently stated in their December 2009 publication; "We are not alone in this effort — Kosair Charities believed in our vision and has completed their gift of 1.5 million dollars."

It was a great day and a great beginning to make Louisville the best place in the world to live for individuals with Down syndrome.
