"This is my sons first time to the Shrine Circus. I have been every year since I was a baby. This is Spark Wiggington's (Dok) grandson (Landon Hochstetler). He is a Kosair baby. He was a twin born at 26 weeks weighing only 1 pound 14 ounces, and was in the NICU for three months and now is doing GREAT.
