Noble Walt Oster is recognized by The Kentucky School for the Blind - Parent Student Staff Organization, during a spaghetti dinner held at a KSB Percussion Concert - 04/16/2010

Noble Walt Oster is recognized at a recent Kentucky School for the Blind Event

Many of our Shrine Masons give of their time, talent and treasure to help make the world a better place for others. Noble Walt Oster is one of the most special of those men.

Recently Noble Walt was recognized for his service in helping blind children. Below is a snippet from a recent Kentucky School for the Blind newsletter. It contains a photo of him being thanked by the children. Also below is a photo of Walt making a donation of $500 to help buy uniforms for the blind cheerleader squad of the school. - Randy Coe, PP

The PSSO paid tribute to KSB volunteers during a spaghetti dinner that was held prior to the Percussion Concert on Thur., April 16. PSSO President Kathryn Aqua presented certificates to KSB volunteers to thank them for their service. PSSO officers were very appreciative to everyone who helped in making this event an enjoyable and meaningful event.

A major highlight of the evening was when volunteer Walt Oster was recognized for his service. He reciprocated by presenting $500 to KSB to purchase new uniforms for the Cheerleading Team. Oster is an active supporter of the Boys Scouts and the Bill Roby Games.
