you need to
contact Noble Donald L. Ward at 502-541-6435 (Email -
littledaddy458@windstream.net) so that the
proper insurance forms can be sent along
with the entry forms at least 15 days before the event. |

NOTE: Information
will be updated as it becomes available. Nobles are expected to
always wear
their Fez and other appropriate Unit/Club attire during the parades when
they represent Kosair Shriners. |

NOTE: Do not forget to fill out and sign the
PARADE RELEASE AGREEMENT. You must have one
for every one in the parade. Turn them in to
Don Ward or Rick Talbott as soon as possible. |
